- For aromatherapy use only. Use in a diffuser, oil burner, or add a few drops to a bowl of hot water to inhale the vapour.
- Do not apply directly to skin, hair, or any body surface.

- Avoid direct inhalation from the bottle. Always diffuse in a well-ventilated space.
- Do not use continuously for extended periods. Limit diffusing sessions to 30–60 minutes at a time with adequate ventilation.
