Processing Time
We process all orders within 2-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries can usually be expected within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Method
FREE standard UK delivery (Royal Mail) will be applied to all orders £50 and over.
No discount code is required to activate free delivery
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Shipping Fees
For all orders amounting to less than £50, customer will have two shipping options to choose from:
- Standard (2-3 days) - £4
- Express (1-2 days) - £5.50
Order not received
Please allow at least 7 working days for your order to be delivered if you are in the UK, especially during peak holiday. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but it can take up to one week during busier periods. If you have not received your order after this time, please send an email to info@thistleandtwigs.com.
